The Creator designed living beings to resonate to this natural frequency pulsation in order to evolve harmoniously. The ionosphere is being manipulated.

The ‘earth’s natural brain rhythm’ above is balanced with these. These are the same minerals as the red blood corpuscles. There is a relation between the blood and geomagnetic waves. An imbalance between Schumann and geomagnetic waves disrupts biorhythms. Great advise from alleged experts is to keep the phone at least 3 to 5mm or more from the body (3' in my opinion, or more). So How would you HOLD the phone then? You can use a SELFIE stick to hold it away from the body and not touch it, or place your phone on a table on speaker mode. Keep your phone away from animals, plants, food, and supplements, also! Please keep CELLULAR phones away from children, as their bones and body are still DEVELOPING! Keep children (and everyone) away from Routers, the walls (dirty electricity), circuits, laptops, computers, i-pads, electric box, and heavy EMF appliances as they are all emitting disrupting EMF's. As in the Orient, toss the METAL frame and build a wood frame, have an organic mattress, and place the bed in the middle of the room away from the walls (dirty electricity) and face your head at the North end of the bed.

IS BLUE-TOOTH BETTER? THINK AGAIN!

Anything near or attached to your Body is picking up a constant signal from a local TOWER, a constant microwave type of frequency to the body/head.

Especially bad if you sleep in the same room where the cellular phone is located and or charges. Turn it completely OFF! Or put it in another room where you can still hear it if it rings, or need to hear the ALARM. If you need an alarm to get up, buy a $5 alarm from the Dollar General Store that takes a battery or winds up! Worth it for your Health and Well Being, as when you 'sleep' this deep REM sleep is the time your body is able to regenerate and build new cells!

If you have the ability to, shut down your Main power in your house - do not open your refrigerator during this time; it will stay cold during 7-8 hours of sleep, or, find the breaker(s) that do not effect the heat/AC or Refrigerator and shut all the others all down. If you have WiFi on 24/7 in your home (we call Wi-Fried), forget convenience over Health, and hard-wire your main computer/lap top into the Modem (not router) with an Ethernet cord (like the old days). If you still have a ROUTER, get into the router from your computer/browser and shut off the WiFi and you can enable it when absolutely necessary. Usually it's just by putting your Router number into the Http of your browser and type in ADMIN and for the password call your provider, or try using the word, PASSWORD. You can also unplug the Router when you're done with the computer, especially before resting, meditations and/or sleep. Better yet, replace the router for a Modem. No reason to live in WiFi - get better sleep, and better Health! Hard-Wire everything.

There is NO reason to live in this disturbance, while 'wanting' CON-venience.

WiFi Radiation Risks

Do you use WiFi? Unless you are totally away from civilization, the answer is probably yes. And, you're probably living in this WiFi Radiation 24/7 at home, work, restaurants, businesses, and MORE. If you're in this more than 4-5 hours a day, think twice about it.

Devices such as computers and routers, tablets, wearables, smart phones, smart assistants, smart TVs and music & gaming systems, smart meters, smart appliances all utilize WiFi today.

WiFi emits a different type of radiation than what comes from the sun and x-rays. Scientists have found significant effects of Wi-Fi radiation on body function and there are many scientific studies that show a significant link between Wi-Fi exposure and serious health risks. These include hypersensitivity reactions and autoimmune disorders, including mental health issues and cancer. Babies and children are especially susceptible because they are still developing in the early years. Research has also shown that WiFi EMF exposure can cause oxidative damage and DNA damage in brain cells, among other health effects.

The health consequaences of WiFi Radiation exposure, for example: can depend on how far you are from your router while it is broadcasting its Wi-Fi signal. Be sure to extend the router 3-8 feet away from your work state at your computer. Radiation is very high immediately around the device, and it drops off dramatically after a few feet. Unfortunately, there has been limited research on potential health risks from constant long-term exposure to low levels of EMF radiation.

You are paying extra for WiFi in your home. You can call your provider and tell them to shut off the WiFi, and pay less a month. Or you can purchase your own Router and enable the WiFi ONLY when necessary.

Also, at night when you're no longer needing WiFi in your home, unplug the Router!

Or, better yet, hard wire your computer to the router with an Ethernet cord and never use WiFi again. This is the way it was over 15 years ago and worked perfectly fine!

Avoid using “wearables” such as smart watches and fitness monitors, as these can admit the radiation into the body, and/or blood, which is shown in many before and after Live Blood demonstrations.

NEVER keep your cellular phone ON your body, or near your head! Use speaker phone with the phone on a desk, not held even in your hand. When in transit, place your cell phone on Airplane mode, and better yet, purchase a quality faraday sleeve for your cell phone. Especially when driving.
